Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse at 5 Royal Oaks Lane, Newstead 3286, Waikato, New Zealand. 

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them (same day, if possible). 

All parcels are dispatched on a fully track and traced courier service.  Your tracking details will automatically be emailed to you as soon as our courier service (NZ Post Ltd) picks your order up from our warehouse.  

We offer free shipping on all orders to the the United States. 

Standard shipping times to the United States are between 4-10 business days.  However, due to worldwide shipping delays caused by Covid, please allow for longer than normal delays on some shipments. 

We rarely run into issues with shipping via NZ Post and in the event of a missing package we will endeavor to assist as much as possible.

Please be advised that each country has different customs and laws and your item/s may incur other charges which we are not responsible for. We will do our best to get your item/s to you the cheapest, fastest and safest way we can.
