We’re based in the Waikato region, in the North Island of New Zealand. We ship our products from our distribution warehouse here in the outskirts of Hamilton.
All of our NZ wool garments are made using a blend of traditional techniques and modern technology in the valleys of Mount Everest in Nepal. We believe in sustainable business practices —our team is paid a fair living wage, and we’ve been working with them for over fifteen years.

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, Afterpay USA, and Laybuy USA. All orders are charged in US$.
Afterpay and Laybuy offer interest-free payment plans for online purchases. Buy and receive what you want today and pay it off in either weekly or fortnightly equal installments. There are no hidden fees or costs involved.
To use, simply select Afterpay or Laybuy as your payment method when you reach checkout. You will then be directed to the third party provider’s website. Login or register, enter your details, and confirm your payment. Your payment schedule will be emailed to you, and your order will be dispatched by Mount Kiwi within 2 business days.
Ooh, lucky you! To redeem your promo code, just enter the code into the discount code box at checkout and click ‘apply’. If you place an order and forget to apply the promo code, drop us a note at hello@mountkiwi.com and we’ll adjust the price of your order if it falls within the terms and conditions of the promotion.

When making a purchase from overseas, your order may incur duties and/or custom taxes by your local government when delivery is made. Mount Kiwi is not liable for these charges, and we’re unable to process any refunds or reimbursements of these costs. Unsure? Fear not! If your item hasn’t shipped yet, you can request to change your order by getting in touch at +64 272-950-480 or hello@mountkiwi.com. Once your order has been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to make the change. The good news? You can Start a Return once your item has been received.

Our garments are made up of a 100% New Zealand wool outer layer with a fleece-lined inner. We’re all about maximum comfort and warmth on the inside and durability on the outside.
We use a blend of Romney and Perendale wool, sourced from the fertile plains of the South Island of New Zealand. All wool we source is 100% New Zealand grown.
To keep your Mount Kiwi garment in tip top shape, we recommend a gentle hand-wash. Haven’t got time? It’s perfectly fine to wash your items by machine but they MUST go on the ‘Delicate’, ‘Handwash’ or ‘Wool’ cycles using only cold water. Our garments like gentle, cold, and slow spin cycles. They’ll only shrink if they’re exposed to heat, so keep it away from the dryer and dry it on a flat surface in the shade.
Each of our wool garments has a feather-soft fleece lined inner, meaning you won’t experience any itchiness on the skin. Our wool hoodies & pullovers are warm, snug, and free from irritation.

We get it, mistakes happen. In the event that you order the wrong size, you can Start a Return within 3 days of receiving the order. We will contact you via email within 1-2 business days to confirm whether or not your preferred size is available. Should your preferred size be out of stock, simply send back your item for a full refund.
All orders to the United States qualify for free shipping!
Once your order has been placed, we’ll process it within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping time to the United States is 4-10 business days. However, due to circumstances outside our control due to Covid, please understand delivery times may be delayed.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Didn’t receive a shipping confirmation? Please check your spam folder. If all else fails, get in touch with us at hello@mountkiwi.com and we’ll supply you with a copy of your tracking number.
Mount Kiwi is committed to providing exceptional quality service and products. But we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right. We accept return requests within 3 days of an item being received, provided they meet our Returns Policy guidelines.

No worries! As long as the item is returned in brand-new condition (unworn and unwashed) and has the original swing tag attached, you can Start a Return.
